Update 6th July: We are now working in the office for 3 days every week, on a rota to ensure that the office is never full. It’s great to be returning to a slightly more normal state of affairs. We wish all of our customers the very best in their efforts to ride out the COVID-19 crisis, and we will continue to do our utmost to support you to the greatest extent we possibly can.
Update 17th March: We have now adopted a policy of working from home, and all Truckcom staff are doing this. We have had a couple of challenges with telephony but this is now mostly sorted; if you experience any difficulties contacting a team member please keep trying, we will do our best to pick up all calls. First of all – everyone at Truckcom is fine. No-one is symptomatic or known to have been in contact with anyone who is. However, we’ve already introduced a self isolation policy, and if necessary, all our team are able to work remotely from home with minimal interruption to their day-to-day activities or our ability as a business to provide support to you.
In the coming weeks, even if all of us are working from home for extended periods, we expect to be able to continue to carry out all normal services and processes required for operation of Truckcom. All of our telephone, help-desk, live help and email communication channels will remain unchanged.
