Each traffic report is shown visually on the map layout so you can tell exactly where the incident is, and you will also see the locations of your vehicles on the same map view. This gives you a powerful “Eye in the Sky” to spot and avoid snarl-ups which would affect your delivery schedules before the vehicles get caught up in the traffic.

Each incident report describes the location exactly (for instance if an problem was on a slip road, it will say so, or if it was on the main carriageway, again it will make this clear). The reports also include the estimated length of the delay and the cause of the incident (in the example above, “broken down vehicle closing one lane”).

For many incidents the report will also include an estimate of how long it will be before normal conditions return.
