Fleet Tracking Module
The Fleet Tracking module helps you to make sure your drivers are doing what you want, not what they want. If drivers are going off-route, you’ll know. If they are wasting time with their vehicles stationary, you’ll know. And once they know they’re being tracked, you’ll see changes in their behaviour.
Time Management Module
Time management facilities let you track what your vehicles were doing (working, resting, or available) throughout the day and will warn drivers and office operators if vehicles are at risk of infringing tacho regulations
Electronic POD Module
When a job is completed, your driver passes the smartphone to the customer who then signs on-screen for the delivery. The electronic signature is then available to your office users instantly. This eliminates the traditional paper-chase associated with managing paper PODs.
Customer Web Access Module
Electronic POD signatures can be made available to your customers immediately, either by automatically emailing them, or by allowing them to log on and see their jobs on the web, with links to electronic PODs as soon as these have been completed for each job.
Automatic Job Input Module
Truckcom provides a general purpose automatic job input and we can also do customised interfaces with your existing systems if this is required. This can save huge amounts of time in getting job data into the system. Many of our customers use spreadsheets sent to them from their customers to enter jobs automatically – this saves rekeying each job one by one.
Vehicle Checks Module
This module can help you dramatically improve your VOSA roadworthiness records. Electronic vehicle check and defect reports are stored securely and indefinitely. You can instantly search and access these records when required. Drivers have to complete the checks every day before they can proceed with their work.
Satellite Navigation Module
You can also minimise wasted time using Truckcom’s Satellite Navigation module. With HGV running costs, if a driver gets lost for even a few minutes, the time and fuel wasted can really damage your profit on the job. Truckcom makes it easy for the driver to just hit a navigate button to get straight to the job address
Tariffs and Invoicing Module
The Tariffs and Invoicing module provides facilities to automatically calculate job prices, using pence-per-mile, banded mileage tariffs, consignment quantity and weight, or post district zone tariffs. It also provides invoicing facilities, generating audit trail files which can be imported directly into SAGE Line 50 to carry across sales revenue figures into your accounting system with no re-keying required.
Flexible Reporting Module
This module provides a powerful reporting system which can include an unlimited number of customized reports. These reports can include tabular and graphical data and use familiar Crystal Reports technology to present the reports in whatever format you require
