Truckcom can record Electronic Proof of Delivery on your jobs. The driver passes the PDA to the customer who then signs on-screen for the delivery. Once done, the electronic signature is then available to your office users and can be made available directly to your customers via email or the web within minutes. This eliminates the traditional paper-chase associated with managing paper PODs.
