Electronic POD
Truckcom can record Electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) on your jobs. The driver passes the Smartphone to the customer who then signs on-screen for the delivery.

via email or the web.

changes, the driver is immediately alerted.

facility between the office and drivers
The system also allows you to
receive jobs automatically from other systems
if you need to do this. So it means you don’t need to stop using your existing order processing system in order to start using Truckcom – you can use both if you wish

Traffic Planning
Truckcom lets you
allocate jobs to vehicles
in a number of ways. One of the easiest to use is “drag and drop” where you drag jobs onto a vehicle on-screen.
Customer Web Access
Electronic signatures can be made
available to your customers
immediately, either by automatically emailing them, or by allowing them to log on and see their jobs on the web, with links to electronic PODs as soon as these have been completed for each job.
Driver Messaging
You can
send messages to drivers
whenever required, and they can reply. They can also send messages to the office which arrive as emails, and again a reply facility is provided.
Automatic Job Input
Truckcom provides a general purpose
automatic job input
facility, and we can also do customised interfaces with your existing systems if this is required.
