Truckcom provides a general purpose automatic input facility, and we can also do customised interfaces with your existing systems if this is required. This can save huge amounts of time in getting job data into the system. Many of our customers use spreadsheets sent to them from their customers to enter jobs automatically – this saves rekeying each job one by one.

We’ve found that this offers a huge advantage to many operators. Our job input system also includes a website for job entry which allows you to provide a very useful facility to your customers to enter jobs as required directly to your system online.

Truckcom also provides a number of special interfaces developed for our operators to allow jobs to be received from existing, legacy systems. We have found that these custom interfaces have been very important in allowing Truckcom to be easily adopted by certain customers, because it allows them to keep the familiar systems they already use, and “bolt on” Truckcom to these systems.
